Using materials that otherwise would end up in landfill, up-cycling clothing and other items to continue their use, building a business that supports a circular economy, shipping in eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, and including information about how we can all care for our things and the earth in good ways. 

Order processing

Time necessary to process an order for shipping varies. Rest assured I do this as fast as I can! 

Shipping

Shipping is included in price of product. Please note that we are currently only shipping within the Republic of Ireland.

All post leaves Inis Oírr on regular work days (Tuesday-Saturday) first via the Aer Arann plane, and then to the closest AnPost mainland distribution center. Weather will occasionally impact the plane, so your package could arrive anywhere between 3-5+ working days. Honestly…that’s all the faster things go out here! 

As soon as the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Payment options

Keeping it simple with Stripe, which means you can pay with your debit/credit card. Easy.

Care instructions will be included with your order, as there may be special  recommended washing instructions for each type of product.

Gift purchases

Happy to send out to a gift recipient at a different address and will include a small card with your name and message. Please contact me directly to work this out. :)

Returns

Returns gladly accepted within 14 days of delivery

Please wrap carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.

Buyer (you) are responsible for return postage/costs and careful packaging to assure item arrives here in original condition.
